Emergency (Same Working Day) Deliveries:
Unfortunately we cannot offer an Emergency Same-Day service for all areas at all times but we can often offer this service in our most local areas nearest our depot - effectively Bedfordshire and some surrounding areas. However, we do have to have an early cut-off time for this service of 11am.
Next Working Day Deliveries:
Even if the Emergency Same Day option is not available we can almost always offer a Next Working Day Delivery. Please note that there has to be a cut-off time for next day orders as there will come a time when the next days deliveries become set in stone and we can't accommodate any further last minute orders. The cut-off time is usually set at 3pm - albeit this time can change depending on how busy we are.
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
To avoid confusion, if you obtain an on-line quote, the quote screen will make it plain what the delivery window options are and what the Next Working Day Delivery date will be and what the 'from' and 'to' delivery dates will be for those that can go with a wider delivery window.
Please note that the Emergency and Next Day options are only avalable on Working Days and any order received on a non-working day will be deemed to have been received the next working day.
If our website is not offering Next Working Day delveries or Emergency (Same Day) Deliveries in your particular post-code we can sometimes accommodate such requests anyway. Please contact the office direct and the office will be able to advise as to whether one of these options can be accommodated.
Weekend Deliveries:
Unfortunately we don't routinely operate at weekends but we do work occasional Saturdays when demand is high.
If you wish to be considered for a Saturday delivery please contact the office direct for availability.
Name Your Day Deliveries:
We recognize that some customers do not require an emergency delivery as such, but that they can only accept delivery on a certain date or on a certain day of the week and the customer needs to know in advance when we will be attending. For this reason we can now accommodate 'named-day' requests via our website. For a small additional fee just select the day you require from the list of options.
